On March 20, 2018, the 200,000 t/a high function differential fiber technical reform project of tongkun group co., LTD., built by Shanghai juyou chemical co., ltd. with its process and technology, was successfully driven in one feeding.This is the first "one head, three tails" polyester project in China. It has the largest flexible polyester device in the world, and can produce cationic polyester, daguang polyester and total extinction polyester at the same time.Tongkun group is the world's largest polyester filament manufacturing capacity and output.This project can not only give play to the advantage of large production capacity of the enterprise, but also realize flexible production of multiple varieties and small-batch polyester products through the design of online adding device, which can promote the industrial structure optimization and green development of chemical fiber industry.

According to the introduction, the project transformed the original polyester polycondensation line in hang seng factory of tongkun group into a pulping and esterification system with a capacity of 800t/a, equipped with 12 internationally advanced spinning and winding production lines, and equipped with automatic packaging, intelligent three-dimensional storage and other facilities.According to understand, to meet the differential polyester melt direct spinning production "shortest" melt pipes process requirement, the project adopts the integration of polyester spinning workshop design concept, the construction of a set of "the three tail" of 200000 t/a high functional differential polyester plant, products 100000 t/a cationic polyester, respectively 60000 t/a great light polyester and 60000 t/a full extinction of polyester.

As a construction unit, it took only 10 months to complete the complex process and high product differentiation project.In the process of project construction, juyou chemical has also made use of its unique low-temperature short process polyester technology, as well as differentiated products such as cations developed independently, so that the overall project presents the characteristics of high technology, high integration and high efficiency, and the production scale and product differentiation are realized.

This project can realize the integrated design from polyester to filament, which not only facilitates the product transfer, reduces the loss of raw materials caused by frequent driving and stopping, but also can realize the large-scale production of the device.In terms of process design, the project will highly integrate polyester and spinning in the same workshop, with compact equipment layout, making full use of space, reducing the heat loss of the pipeline and making it more energy efficient.At the same time, the project also realizes the centralized management of the whole production process in the same workshop through highly integrated DCS.
