    •  Equipment characteristics

Polymer melt from upstream enters the reactor from the bottom and continuously removes small molecules under high vacuum conditions, promote polycondensation reactions to achieve higher viscosity requirements of the product. The special structure of eqipment enables small molecules to be rapidly detached, and the plunger flow without untouched area and backmixing is suitable for the flow of high viscosity polymer melt,.successfully solving key technologies such as the devolatilization and propulsion of high viscosity melt, ensuring the effect of liquid-state viscosity enhancement.
