1. INTRODUCTION
This is an original new energy-saving and emission-reduction technology created by Joyou, which utillzes the distillation method to recover organic from esterification wastewater.
It can be used to recover acetaldehyde and ethylene glycol from PET esterification wastewater, tetrahydrofuran from PBT/PBS esterification wastewater, toluene and polyethylene from microfiber impregnation reduction wastewater.
The recovered high purity products can be reused for production or sold. This technology reduces the COD value of the plant's wastewater and reduces the cost of raw materials, which really turning waste into wealth, recycling resources and improving the profit. This technology occupies less land, recover the cost rapidly, and has significant economic and social benefits.
Joyou Chem can provide high-quality complete solution. So far, it has been applied to treat 15.72 million tons/year of PET plant esterification wastewater, many sets of PBT/PBS/PBAT plant esterification wastewater, 2.4 million tons/year of microfiber leather reduction waste solution.
